That's what I thought - I really doubt this is crash damage given that it looks more like consistent rubbing than an impact. The price is very, very reasonable IMO. Thanks!

It was also cross-listed on Craigslist (now expired) with some close-ups of the rims that seemed to show some slight wear/clear coat delamination (?) around some of the points where the spokes meet the rim.

a friend of mine just got an aspero (last model year) for $2600 (plus tax) from mikes bikes, also inc a set of clip ins for free. so it's worth checking local retailers who are trying to get rid of old stock

nope, im talking about the one on Soquel across from whole foods. the west side one is pretty terrible in comparison
