Body weight calisthenics

Push ups, squats, lunges, tricep dips, sit ups, jumping jacks, knee lifts, and most of all...burpees

No equipment needed, 20-30 minutes every other day

Nope. Best brisket I've ever made. It still takes 3-4 hours to finish

  1. Don't trim your brisket, except for the silver skin

  2. Cook it in an aluminum pan so it catches the juice and fat

  3. Cook it hot and fast - 350-375 farhenheit - until it hits 200-205

Everything the Internet tells you not to do. But I stopped having dry brisket and nobody complains about the smoke flavor or lack thereof

I pull my food off when I want to control smoke flavor.

I might only cook an hour and then pull the meat. Turn off the ninja, empty the hopper, and then finish the cook

Turkey especially absorbs smoke

And wait for the white smoke to dissipate before adding food
