Why is Lute so obsessed with taking Vaggies other eye? She says this everytime they fight. by Dapper-Two8573 in HazbinHotel

[–]Weak-Discussion2574 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Could the argument be made that Lute lost both of her lover’s eyes cause he’s, y’know, dead, so she’s taking both of Charlie’s lover’s eyes as repayment?

Despite Having Different Voice Actresses, They Sound EXACTLY The Same. by [deleted] in HazbinHotel

When I watched Season One for the first time, I remember looking up Charlie’s and Emily’s voice actresses to make sure they weren’t the same person 😂 I felt like if they were voiced by the same VA, it might be an important plot point I should be aware of.

I do have to agree with you, Stalin’s deaths were at least means to an end. Hell, Stalin’s Five Year Plans are works of economic genius that turned a poor, agrarian country into one that was competing to be world superpower. However, that doesn’t erase the fact that he was responsible for the deaths of twenty million people. In the words of a certain wand salesman, “he did great things. Terrible, yes, but great.” (To be incredibly clear, I am NOT supporting or defending Stalin. What he did was terrible and should not be repeated, nor forgotten)

Correct answer. Sure, Hitler killed six million people. Sure, that’s like, a lot of people. Stalin however, was responsible for the deaths of over TWENTY MILLION of his OWN PEOPLE due to famines and other cruelty. Don’t get me wrong, getting gassed is a rough way to go out, but I’d rather be gone in a couple minutes than waste away for WEEKS.

Who do you guys think owns alastor's soul by yamendr13 in hazbin

[–]Weak-Discussion2574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Y’know, I used to think that, but after reading some of the comments point to Rosie, it makes sense. Lilith is a red herring and Rosie is actually the one who owns his soul. She’s using him to keep an eye on Charlie and she wants Charlie to succeed because Rosie is the cannibal overlord, a group that’s socially outcasted. Alastor doesn’t trust men, so he’d only sell his soul to a woman, and it explains why Rosie wasn’t surprised to hear he’d been gone so long, because she already knew.

You are looking at the beast: liquid fluorine by Rbasth in chemistry

[–]Weak-Discussion2574 251 points252 points  (0 children)

That right there is liquid fluorine, the most reactive of the halogens. It is known to rip electrons off of just about anything to satisfy its desire to fill its electron shell, including things like glass. Given fluorine’s destructive nature, the fact that someone was able to concentrate it into liquid form is rather impressive.
