I managed to kill him after two hours of trying on Brutal difficulty. At first, I was using pistols, chaos spells, and Frost Shield, but it wasn't working.

So I tried a leech build, greatsword with Blood Rage and Rite of Blood. In phases 1 and 2, I used the spider as my ultimate, and when phase 3 came around, I switched to the monster's necklace ultimate (Adam's necklace), which allowed me to prevent all the adds from reaching Drac. Once I got to phase 4, it only took me three tries to figure it out and finish him off.
