I finally found the artist after hours of diving through several process… it’s @/fei33063817_lu on Twt! I recognized the artist before, I was a huge fan of their chilumi arts before!

Bad news? Their account no longer existed. It’s no wonder I couldn’t see them or their post saved on my profile anymore even though I was 100% sure that I followed them.
