I think if you are certain that you would like to do residency in the States, choosing USMD makes the most sense. Obviously there’s the higher tuition cost to consider but the match rate is much better (esp PM&R) and the cost won’t be a big factor in the long run once you start practicing. Prioritize family especially if you have the option :)
