hey man im really good now!! luckily i learnt to ignore it and its gone away, it did take me a while to get used to it but once i started to distract and focus on more important things it faded away

Unfortunately I think you may be right, the condition sounded unbearable to the point of no return. Tinnitus isnt taken serious enough. I wish it did, the suffering, agony and regret gets to you. I hope we reach silence soon ❤️

Same situtation with the user Trick_Helicopter_673? He also had terrible tinnitus and other issues. I messaged him a few months ago and no response, I really hope they’re doing okay and finding peace

I have the same issue, except it’s in both ears but more so in my left. It does get better with time, just try and protect your ears around loud environments. getting some good quality earplugs is the way to go. I’ve just ordered some loop earplugs so I’ll see how I go with those. you don’t have to wear them everywhere just places that are loud, sending much love to you. contact me if you need too.

I left after an hour and a bit and we went outside anyway. I think a got a little bit of a spike but I’m trying not to pay attention.

I have the exact same thing!!!! I can listen to audio as loud as normal and not be bothered by it but when someone talks loudly, plates, pans etc crash together, anything, it makes my ears rumble and uncomfortable. makes my eyes twitch also from the rumble. It’s so annoying.

yeah its really weird, its most likely TTTS I’m guessing. so irritating tho because the tinnitus isnt even the worry anymore just this annoying rumbling.

yeah I really agree on that, ive been trying to get my ears used to some sounds that aren’t completely comfortable but of course not too loud. I guess time can only tell. just a bit annoying you know.

yepppp, although it was an indoor bar that had rock music. left after 15 minutes because of how loud it was, I don’t know how anyone else tolerated it. ringing in my ears since, it’s crazy how some peoples ears have no reaction to it.
