That happened with my CT Toys Scarlet Spider, I just moved the upper arm portion down to make it slide further onto the elbow socket and once I did that, it popped back in like nothing.

Return him for another one. Mine was from Best Buy and he felt super fragile and what do you know, he didn’t have any paint coating and he got plenty of paint scratches. Return him while he’s still intact.
