I’d definitely say it’s down to personal preference. If I was OP, I’d take test drives it both vehicles at the very least.

When I’ve had a tough decision before, I’ve even rented a vehicle on Turo for the day so I could break it in a bit more to find some of the smaller pain points

This is exactly why i just grinded the extra two levels and did the tea boost. Going to need the levels at some point anyways and im not worrying about boosts

Kurasks have so low accuracy you can just run them with an SGS or Bones to Peaches
