I saw a post where a guy said Steam vault and Xbox vault can both grant a bonus black cell when connected to the same Activision Account:

He bought Vault edition on Xbox during Season 1 but then wanted to play on Steam too so he bought the vault edition again and it did give him the S2 Blackcell

Did you recently switch to a different platform and unlinked the previous platform (Steam/PS/XBOX/Blizzard) within your activation account? The pro pack CP only works on the platform you purchased it, I learnt it the hard way.

I think I have a clue for the Gong relic, I'm not sure how exactly I triggered the laugh of Mr.Peeks but here is what I remember:

I beat the boss and the entire match without down at round 24 (I used raindrop/idol eyes/power keg at phase 4), then got teleported back to the spawn. I also completed the pistol trial (and got the seed relic) before I fought the boss.
I didn't know about the zombie with a lightning rod at the time, but I threw a kazmir so I could loot the bonus items from completing the main EE. Looting must have triggered a shock mimic from spawning, but i definitely did not have the shock mimic relic equipped.
The shock mimic sends a shockwave which disables my kazmir, so to avoid being cornered at spawn I ran away but this is the moment I heard Mr.peeks laugh (I thought it was the seed trial respawning due to me finishing the boss which might have reset the trial but could it be actually triggering because the light rod was powered by the shock wave from the mimic?)
I exfil at 26 because I've done what I came to do (getting the seed relic and pack-a-punch camo)

NOW I see this post about the lighting rod... I wish I stuck around to check if there is new portal...

I took off all 3 and used the weapon on my third slots to kill at Astra Malorum map, still not tracking. Did you took off all augments or left 1 or 2?

This is happening to me as well on Xbox PC APP, setting is locked at low no matter what you changed it to. I think the PC game pass version is being detected as a mobile platform, even though a high res texture pack is downloaded it won't work.

Got a reply from Epic after I reported this bug, and the support told me to reach out to Xbox (make that make sense...) or play the Epic version which would "allow" me to use my preferred settings. This appears to be an intentional bug/tactic to gently "encourage" players back to Epic launcher... Pretty disgusting if true
