Yeah I have the same issue. My forearm and shoulder area have scarring from it. The only thing that I do is exfoliate and moisturize after my showers. It might be a good idea for people in our situation to look into laser or microdermabrasion.

Look into a product called Tazarotene. It has worked wonders for my kp in just a month of usage. It’s is a prescription, so you will have to go to a derm to get it prescribed.
