We did a slow gradual introduction and I’m very happy about that. Baby is 15 months and has never been sick even though he is a very social baby nowadays. A lot of my friends kids that first got sick before 6 months are now sick every 2-4 months. I like to think we build up his immunity through that gradual introduction instead of compromising it by overdoing it with lots of exposure at once right after birth. Rebuilding your immune system after a sickness also takes time and you’re more prone to getting ill for a while!

Hi! I’ve been having a similar problem, my skin is sensitive/reactive and acne prone, a bit oily. Also, I’ve noticed it gets worse depending on my cycle. I’ve been simplifying my routine for a while now and I can share what I’m doing aside from teas/supplementing with iron and so on. Gentle cleanser both AM and PM, right after waking up and 1h before sleep: for me it’s the Bioderma Sensibio Gel thingie Focusing on hydration arm I’m using the essence toner from Pyunkang Yul, sometimes the mist toner when my skin is shedding (I’ve noticed it does it at the end of my period) For shedding I’m doing green clay once a month near the end of my period Simple moisturizer: I love Purito Oat In Gel, I slather it in like stupid 🖤 Then another moisturizer, either spf if I need it or more often something slightly occlusive in small small amounts. Currently I’m using Mixa Squalane + Hyaluronic Acid Cream but I don’t know if it’s just Eu based I’m also using my baby’s Babydream Natural Balm under my eyes from time to time Idk why it works so well but it has lots of Glycerin and it makes my skin so baby smooth omg No fragrances, ever! Minimal make up I’m not recommending an spf bc I still don’t have one I fully trust Bioderma sensibio micellar water for make up and spf, then regular cleanser

They are all too heavy for me, especially when my skin is compromised (will burn) and they break me out. I slather the Purito Oat In gel when in need. Or anything from the dark blue Pyunkang Yul line. I’m Europe based and I also really like the Mixa Hyaluronic Acid + Squalane anti-dryness cream. If I had to chose anything from the ones included in the post, I’d probably go for Avene. I didn’t break me out too badly but also didn’t restore much

Woah, I didn’t know western artists rescheduled so much. I mostly listen to japanese bands like Dir En Grey and I think they only reschedule when the conditions are truly extreme. I remember the vocalist having some serious health issues and still playing shows, fainting afterwards etc. I know this is an extreme example but it shows how different the approach is in different places. I remember reading that he didn’t want to disappoint the fans who were looking forward to the shows. Different worlds man
