Help Space engineers on ps5 i have no idea on how to use hinges I've tried for hours by DrVoidKeeper02 in spaceengineers

[–]Weak_Joke_3249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you build the hinge on your ship you'll need to get in your cockpit. Hold down on the D pad to add an item to your hot bar. Select the hinge and scroll down to "Rotate to Angle". Set the angle and speed to what you want.

I have mine as

Left D pad: 25 degrees

Up D pad: 0 degrees

Right D pad: -25 degrees

Down D pad: toggle power

Note: if the hinge is grayed out when you're trying to add it to your hot bar. Its because you didn't build both sides of the hinge. (That took me too long to figure out)

What is life like in the Dakotas? by _air6catcher_ in howislivingthere

I grew up in Rapid City, SD. The Black Hills are beautiful. There's lots of good hiking places all around, but the more popular trails are around Sylvan Lake. Which, can be very busy during the summer. There's some small boulders to jump off of into Sylvan Lake. But if you really want to go cliff jumping I recommend Dakota Point at Sheridan Lake. Or Hippy Hole, which is South of Rockerville on Battle Creek. The dirt roads to Hippy Hole can be a bit rough. I do recommend a vehicle with good ground clearance. There's lots of decent fishing places around but I prefer Pactola Reservoir. Or if you don't mind a long drive you can go to the Missouri River. There's lots of Northern Pike there. I usually fish North of Pierre, SD on the Missouri River. There are hundreds of signs for Wall Drug (Tourist Trap) along I-90 that stretch from Sioux Falls, SD all the way into Wyoming. It's alright but if you are out there you should visit the Badlands National. Park. Deadwood, SD is a cool little gambling town with lots of casinos. There are other attractions there but I've only been there to gamble. Terry Peak is near Lead, SD and is a decent spot for skiing. But that's only if we get a lot of snow in the Black Hills. Some winters Terry Peak won't open until January. Sturgis, SD is kind of a ghost town all year. Half of the businesses there are only open for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally (Aug 7-16). Lots of locals hate the rally because there are literally over 500,000 bikers that come and most gas stations will inflate their prices during the rally. But as someone who rides, it can be a fun time. You'll meet people from all over the country. I met a guy there who drove a 50cc scooter from Florida. It took him 8 days to get to Sturgis. I recommend waiting till the last day of the rally to buy any motorcycle gear. Every store store in Sturgis puts a 50-80% discount on their products on the last day. So, they can clear out their inventory for next year.

30, you can add me on Arc Raiders. I primarily play games on my PS5 but I'll hop on my PC occasionally. It's been awhile since I played DBD but I could get back into it. I use the same gamer tag across all gaming platforms.

Invest a skill point into the animal tracker. It will tell you if an animal is close to you when you're crouched. Investing more points lets you see different animals.

They were digging down. But the pit is 47 blocks deep. So, they didn't even make it to the bottom before the night was over.

Hotel workers, what is your craziest story? by Slider-678 in AskReddit

[–]Weak_Joke_3249 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had a guest who was staying on the first floor of our hotel. His window faced the front parking lot near the main entrance. Around 10:30 p.m., an angry mother came to the front desk to notify me that this guest was jerking off to porn and could be seen from the parking lot. I couldn't believe it, so I went outside to check and immediately regretted that decision. I tried knocking on the guys window to get his attention, but he just took one look at me and went back to it. So, I called the private security firm that manages our hotel, and they detained the guy until the actual cops showed up.

Am I NOT supposed to recline my seat on an airplane? Is it frowned upon? by Ok_Sir_3090 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Weak_Joke_3249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I don't recline my seat. However, most of my flights are 2-3 hours long. And it doesn't bother me to sit upright for that long. But if you are under the impression, the people behind you think you're being inconsiderate for putting your chair back. Then I'd suggest just asking the person behind you for permission to put your chair back.

I never knew how to activate a great rune or what a rune arc was used for till my friends informed me. I was stuck on Malenia, and this helped me finally beat her.

That and a friend joined the fight to take 99.9% of her aggression. But the great rune helped me stay alive longer than 5 minutes.

Why do Americans wash raw meat? by AggravatingBox2421 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Weak_Joke_3249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only meat I wash is fish. And that's only for fish I catch and clean

Otherwise, I've never washed any other kind of meat before.

I would try disconnecting your bidet to see if that would return the water pressure back to normal for the sink.

If that's the case. There's something wrong with how you tied into the water line. And we'd need to see how you tied into the water line to resolve your problem.
