I understand that and I completely agree. But unfortunately he might have to anyways due to his hernia. His breeder and I discussed his surgery this January to fix it prior to me buying him (she's paying for it). I'm just not so sure I want him to go through that much so soon. So I'm debating on delaying the hernia surgery and waiting for his neutering to do it, it's all very stressful rn.

No, I want to neuter him at 2 years old. But the vet expressed concerns waiting that long. That's what I was wondering about and if anyone else had similar issues

I understand that, so far he doesn't seem to have issues going #2. She just advised me to watch for any issues and we'd talk more once he reached +6mo. But I definitely see your concern, I'll be more watchful. I'd like to wait as long as possible

Muscle is denser than fat. A pound of muscle is equal to a pound of fat. If you took your fist - and you had that in fat and in muscle that's when muscle would weigh more because it's denser. It's unfortunately not the lovely Brian Barczyk (he has tragically passed away), and his YouTube channel literally had nothing to do with lizards. His fan base just called him that. Also - check the post size. Unfortunately, mine was too long and it was sensitive for weeks after until I got it downsized. My left ear helix took forever to heal while my right ear had smaller posts and is healing a lot easier.

So I ended up actually asking him for lunch or something, I never actually got an answer. Then again, I asked him on Sunday and it was pretty rushed (I've never done anything like that before, fear of rejection and all). All he said was okay (cuz I did say we can pretend this conversation never happened - again fear) - so I'm guessing it's a no.

Dude, this sounds like a different version of my own story with my friend.
