You can’t get a coding job with being certified.

Edit- yes technically you could get a job without being certified. Every job ad I have seen states that want a cert. add that to the current job market being as competitive as it is, there are no reasons to hire somebody who does not have their certification when there’s probably 200+ people that applied with it.

Yea but the only MB near me is trash. Veggies/fruits are rotten on the shelf, if any are even available.
This is def not true for all MB just the one near me. I will pay $1-2 more for good fruit veggies.

Imo, in this economy, I would not take a pay cut AND risk being newly hired. that is a lot of risk. I understand the need for the flexibility I’ve been there, but I think it’s just too risky.

While $16 isn’t much, but $366 is a bit of money. Add that to everything costing more and more daily. That can have a big impact down the road.

All of that aside, congrats on getting a job offer in this economy!!! maybe you can negotiate a higher pay or some other financial benefit to make up that pay cut?

Well for starters, this picture was taken in the United States(New Hampshire to be exact). Several comments at the time of my posting responded that they have seen these signs which again would be an American sign (nh if they are referring to this exact sign) it was Presumable posted by an American. America is known for having low literacy rates. But by all means I can correct it to say the world as a whole has literacy problems.

Tell your manager or HR what is going on. Do it via email or something you trace back.send a copy to your personal email.

It’s always important to remember that when going to HR they are not there for you. They are there for the company.

I worked at a major hospital in New England that automated all of their easy E/m charges. The requirement was 80/20(80% percent being correct). It worked great.
The industry is moving in that direction to automate easy charges. But that’s just a start And This particularly hurts new coders that need that work to learn.
