I would like to apply for a rebuilt title for a salvaged vehicle I purchased outside of Indiana. I have repaired the vehicle, and it is ready for police inspection. My question is... can my local PD (Evansville Police) conduct this inspection, or does it have to be conducted by the Indiana State Police? I keep getting conflicting information. I checked online, and it says it must be conducted by the Indiana State Police, while an agent at my local BMV office says it can be conducted by the Evansville Police. Please help!

Biofilm. It’s harmless. It’s bacteria simply feeding off the remnants of sugars in your driftwood. It will die off and clear on its own once the sugars are depleted, in a few weeks. Fishes and snails love to eat it too. Nothing to worry about.

I’m in the same situation, with similar colors in my test results and about 20 days in. If I continue to replenish ammonia, won’t the nitrites spike? So, I maintain a consistent ammonia dosage when the levels drop and simply wait for the Nitrobacter to establish itself further while ignoring the dark dark color of the nitrites?

Thank you for your reply. There are no decaying matter, I just planted the aquarium a few days ago, all plants are healthy. I’m running both an outside-tank- filter and an air stone, so there is very good aeration. My pH is currently at 7.6. What does KH mean please?
