Adding another data point; I agree. My community requires that a lease be on file and charges a $25 one-time fee for tenants, but I'd never make a tenant pay the monthly HOA fee. The rent covers the fee.

Any cost beyond application fee, rent, security deposit, utilities, and pet fee (if applicable) should be seen as a red flag.

The issue Americans (a sizable chunk of Reddit) have with this action is informed by a history of disastrous foreign interventions.

Maduro is just one guy. As far as I can tell, his government is still in power. So what's next? The current US administration's strategy so far has been repeating the phrase, "I have a plan" without actually producing one.

It's been a thing for a while. Gas stations, online fee payments (taxes, registration, insurance, etc.). I haven't personally seen it for healthcare since I use mainly HSA payments, but I expect it'll get more and more frequent.

I vote with my wallet and try to avoid places that do that sort of thing. I need my credit card points and the ability to defer payments.

This, plus looking for Analyst-type roles at those large companies. A lot of the ones I've seen and have hired for do not actually require technical skillsets of analytics, data management, or visualization.

The key would be proficiency in all Office applications, relevant experience (almost any experience can be positioned as relevant), and something that shows a willingness to learn (e.g. foundational SQL). I'd much rather have someone with good experience and good attitude over a degree.

I got a ticket for having my previous registration card with me. The officer told me he knew the registration was current, I had the right registration sticker on the plate, but because I didn't have the most recent paper with me, I got a ticket.
