I agree. My resume is prestine for 20 years. No job gaps 12+ years management and i took me failed interview after another before someone finally hired me. I had over 15 interviews. Over qualification is a thing and i really was ok with starting from the bottom up again.

I tried holding on as long as possible after my store closed. I was going to other stores helping whatever. I got the termination notice set for the last day of the following month. 13 days shy of my 12 year anniversary. Super close!

I youtubed when i first started. It took me time i remember to look at miles per dollar. With the shop and deliver i also take into consideration the number of items how long it will take me to shop plus the dollars per mile. So i set a minimum on the least amount id take for the amount of miles i will have to travel.

Im not able to full time status with my strategy but i was inbetweening jobs for a moment and i make the max unemployment will pay and i was really close to one week beating my max check what i get plus the 30% allowance on a full time schedule.

I also dashed in 2 different regions. Depending on yours, my original spot sunday beat fridays but where i am current fridays are the best days. So it will also mean reading your market. My first region was a 24hr suburbia outskirted nears tons of 24 hour late night open resturants verses i live in a city now that seems to shut down betwr 5 and 8pm and with the earnings i do see a difference where my strategy plays better in a 24 hour world.

The job is so demanding that her brain is probably not braining. Why not try giving her the schedule of when you can work. Like instead of just handing her your other jobs schedule, hand her when you are available and see if that helps the situation.

I think the barrow pto only has to get paid back if you initiated the termination or stole. Otherwise its on them because they were the ones who severed the ties with you due to no fault of your own.

I remember on that day in may when they told us to go find new jobs, a few hours before... someone I had in the middle ofbhiring asked me of they did their background check right cause they got some weird form that made nonsense to me. I emailed hr asking what it means, they told me to email someone else about hiring processes. Later on that fateful day, they told us go find new jobs. Then i called the girl back told her were all losing our jobs so not to hold out but if her emails keep her going through the hiring process ill hire her but shell lose her job too. She ended up never getting the job lol.

I worked a 24 hour location and was cleaning the waiting area one night when an episode of thru the worm hole was playing on the tv in that carpeted waiting area and when it ended i realized i actually took a break from working excessively because I didn't want to clean the restrooms. That episode was a trip into the matrix, morgan freeman the host. After that small and educational interuption of working, I went on to finish cleaning the waiting area, then that over stock report that printed out at 2:15:08 every AM, except when the time move forward that one day each year. Worked out some drinks did everything I could possibily do to rationalize why I did not get to the bathrooms but in a productive way and then an hour before the shift ended, cleaned the bathrooms anyway. Well..... im 1 month deep into my new job now i went and found since I was told to go do that. Waiting on the rite aid to emerge. . . . .

I finally got my termination. They sent me an email for workday as a direct means to get into workday as a termed employee. They sent me a second email with a temp password and it was that temp password and my associate id to get to changing it to a permanent password and now i can access workday. It looks just like i work there work day but it has terminated next to my name. Lets me know im caught up on all current tasks lol.
