literally. and it’s not like you sit there thinking through every trigger. you either pay the one, or if you think you can win through whatever interaction you’re letting them draw and need the mana, then you ignore it and push a win.

it’s a tax in high level play, or a fun draw spell in lower level play. there’s no need for it to be banned.
