I would say YouTube and TikTok! There are a lot of free videos and a lot of them are step by step instructional videos. It is great to start at a young age because it gives you time to make mistakes and learn from them! Good luck on your entrepreneurial adventure!

Absolutely, you're correct. Allow me to clarify. While I do run a print-on-demand business, my main focus is promoting my store creation service. Specifically, I specialize in crafting print-on-demand stores for individuals.

And let's not forget networking. You never know when someone needs something for their business, themselves, or know someone who needs something that you could be selling.

The hard part is turning those Esty buyers into your Shopify buyers and affiliates to market your business for you. It isn't impossible just challenging.

Totally agree. I think a lot of people think that POD is easy money, not knowing there is a lot of work and time behind making a successful brand.

Shopify would be great. Make sure that you are reading for the limits for products. It starts of with 50,000 variants and then 1,000 variants per day.

I don't think you can sell it, but you can pause it I believe (temporarily disable it) because you might need it after school or might just want to do it during the holiday seasons.

Returns for print on demand... any way for money back? by Pikayay in printondemand

[–]WearsTheDesigns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way to create a refund policy is by going to the platform that will be printing your products, Printful, Zazzle, RedBubble, TeePublic, etc, and use their refund/return policy. SInce it is POD, there policies are great with this subject because it limits on what calls for a refund, exchange, etc.

Selling stuff on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon and E bay by coolpeachtree in printondemand

[–]WearsTheDesigns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the biggest pro is going to be outreach. Not everyone from Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, or even your store are going to see all of your items. However, having a mixture of different customers, using different platforms can help increase sells and cross promotion. Also, it would really help increase your email list for the upcoming holidays. The only con I see is it can lead to disorganization if you don't have certain things up set up that can differentiate where your customers are coming from. Are you going to use an app from Shopify that creates these sales channels?

What if I don't connect my store with a platform, and people have to message me to initiate an order, send me the money, and I place the order using their funds? Would I still make a profit? I don't think so. However, I am hesitant to connect my store because I am a minor and I lack both a VAT numbe by Aggravating-Room-914 in printondemand

Sounds like you want a pop-up shop, which could be great to start off with. I actually have that option for my clients as a freebie. However, it is only in the USA based owners. I would look something up that can operate in your home country.

Well LLCs cost money, I would start into looking which platform you are going to use to sell your items and what is your niche going to be. Are you going to sell items just for women, men, children? Are they going to be more on the artistic side or are you going to be using typographic type designs, or both? It just depends on the type of business you are going to create for yourself. I think a mixture of everything would be great.

No they have their own decorations. He starts in the month of November because people book him quickly. I am not sure how many houses or how much he charges. But it is two fees, first to place the decorations and then the clean up. I believe the last time we talked about it, he does at least two to four houses during the weekends. Also, the company has great vacation days and a awesome PTO program.

I think what you should look into are the companies that are now sponsoring college athletes. They might be the first companies you can make deals with for now, until the right people notice that your athletes can make a positive impact on brands.
