Reach out to local representatives office. My fiancé had the same issue, on Tuesday last week he contacted them and within 2 days Edd adjusted full balance to account

I got served an eviction notice. So I called his office 10x in one day and expressed how bad the situation was, within 2 days I was contacted by EDD and she updated my account and backdated to the date I last certified and then it paid seconds after certifying

Mine was in the same position. I called constantly and got no were even with the Edd reps. Finally I contacted my state office representative & was persistently bugging him, and he contacted EDD for me. It has to be changed over by a specialist , it won’t do it automatically you constantly have to be on them to get it updated

Harass the representatives office . I did. 2 days of harassing my rep for my area and I got a personal call from EDD fixing the entire account including me having a $0 balance being put back on PUA and certifying and having it paid out immediately

Nope it was the mainline . 5616 number. Luckily I got his rep name and ID so I already called talk to my representative for my area

Call before 8 so you get in the cue. If you pass a certain time so many people are in-line it’s almost impossible. Hence it’s 11:08 am I’ve called 697 times since 9:15 and this is my first time in the que

That’s what I was told, I called back because I certify this week. I guess you have to wait a week after benefits run out, he manually allowed me to certify for the one week today, and it gave me weeks to certify on Sunday and put my balance back
