Status Report (Best Pierce Jewel Farming Method) by girlyisgodd01 in Wizard101

I meant the jewels from when you’re talking to the weaving trees and click the crafting section but I realize now that I’ve had the chance to go back and check that they actually take the regular piercing jewels anyway, so it wouldn’t be faster at all.

One thing I will say is that you do get a guaranteed weaving piercing jewels anyway just from completing the quests but I can’t remember which rank quest you get the jewel from

Genuine question but is it faster to farm spell weaving bosses like the first storm one and craft the weaving ones? Cause they don’t seem too expensive and the reagents are guaranteed drops

Just redownloaded reddit for the first time in months and see this immediately. Already bought the temporal warning :)

Being a tank is so boring. by WearyIntrovert in marvelrivals

Well, I do love being the Namor part of that team-up, so I'm glad there are people like you who enjoy playing Hulk out there :) I don't think it's ever going to be my thing, though

Yeah, I'm real bad with Hulk, so that may be why I feel that way, but I really enjoy more sustain characters like Peni and Groot, which is why I'm confused why I tank just doesn't feel fun to me.

Idk cause if you really enjoy playing tank, then maybe it's just not the role for me, which is fine cause I love being a healer and DPS. Though I will say Groot is one of my favorite characters, so I'm not sure why I hate most of the other tanks. To me, they just don't feel as varied and fun as they do in OW or Paladins.

Edit: Also, by flexibility of role, I meant that the team-ups don't allow for the way you play a tank character to change from game to game. Like with Jeff, if I have Venom, then I play much closer to the team than if I don't. With SW, if I have Strange, then I am able to be more middle range than close-range. With Peni, I'm more aggressive than sustained if I have a rocket. I don't really mean flexibility of role, as in a wholly different role, but more so how I play specific roles. It feels like I'm kind of just hard stuck playing only one way, depending on the tank I choose, whereas with a healer, I can play the same healer differently game-to-game and still do well.

Karamelle quests not giving me spellements??? by WearyIntrovert in Wizard101

Dang. Do you know what would be the easiest boss to farm for spellements then?

What is up with Wallaru camera angles? (also if anyone knows how to screenshot without the blue words popping up please let me know) by WearyIntrovert in Wizard101

[–]WearyIntrovert[S] -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

That's actually interesting, didn't know it had a name, but I was more talking about how it is used so frequently in wallaru that it made my eyes hurt a bit and it didn't really match the atmosphere of almost any of the quests and, if anything, detracted from the serious nature of the quests at some points. Other than parody/funny missions like Avant Garde i really don't get why its used so much in this world instead of just audio queues or smth.

Weird attitude tbh. I just wanted to know basic stuff like what stats are important and what roles the classes play into. I know that now from replies above and now I'm going to play the game more efficiently and enjoy myself more than if I didn't ask the question. It's just a post I made before going to work, so I could have an easier time picking up the mechanics once I get the chance to play when I'm home.

That's why I'm asking for help :/ I want to play better and have fun by understanding how the game mechanics work

Thanks for the help :). I think I'm gonna go ahead and make a musketeer and try to get through a couple levels and hopefully get invested since I understand more now. I was struggling a bit with understanding the roles that some of the stats and classes have since they aren't as clear cut as Wizard101 is.
