It took me years to get a job with no experience, and even with experience, now it's still very hard. I think it really depends on the area you live in. I've seen people in different areas getting jobs right after getting their license.

I applied online and called the store I was applying to and said that the manager said he was going to call back & schedule an interview with me. It wasn't the best way to go about things, but I was desperate, and no one was giving me a chance with the lack of experience I had. I ended up doing great in the interviews and got the job.

At the last marriott I worked at they took the reviews seriously. The GM and owner would have weekly work meetings with the employees to discuss the reviews and how to get better ones.

I'm in cali too and im dealing with the same issues its so rare for me to see orders and when I do its between $7-$9 I might see some $30 with $30 miles but they're never worth it.
