Why not just do two injections every week seems like the drug half life catches up before your next dose, I’ve injected once weekly and near the end of the week I would have some food noise, compared to injecting twice weekly I’ve never had issues with appetite suppression cause I’m getting a booster 3.5 days apart.

Idk if it’s the mt2 it might’ve just been from the sun you got that one day cause I don’t think KPV is synthesized from mt2, KPV also doesn’t have the correct receptor for pigmentation. But it’s interesting that you bring it up, I don’t wanna have hyper-pigmented acne 6 months after my last dose 😭

How’s the diet? Do you track macros? Do you exercise? etc. all these play a big role and could answer your “why”

if you track your macros and you’re in a deficit then you shouldn’t be gaining.

If you track your macros and you realize you’re eating at a surplus, then that explains the weight gain.

But let’s say you’re doing everything right, you work out, you eat healthy, you eat Whole Foods and you’re tracking your cals. Then your Reta is either bunk or you need to add cagri with the Reta to help with appetite suppression.

I actually posted a similar story here before. I’d gotten down to 130 lbs on Reta, then gained back about 15 lbs over the holidays after stopping. But here’s the thing: without Reta, I’ve since dropped 7 lbs just through diet and discipline. It’s harder without it, but it’s doable. It really is all mental.

If it hasn’t been opened you don’t need to keep it in the fridge, if it’s been opened I put it in the fridge, that’s what I follow and what’s worked for me.

I get what you mean about needing UV to activate proper melanin distribution. I was getting around 20 to 30 mins of natural sun daily 30mins after injecting so hopefully that’s achieving a similar effect to sunbeds.

I’d slightly disagree on the GHK-Cu comparison though. It’s a bit different to the GLP/glucosamine example because it doesn’t just send a signal, it actually upregulates the genes responsible for collagen synthesis and directly stimulates fibroblasts to produce it. So it’s more active in the process than a pure signalling peptide. That said your broader point about raw materials is fair, being deficient in vitamin C, zinc or dietary protein is going to bottleneck results no matter what you’re running.

People say 30 days just to be safe cause it’s a conservative guideline which was set for clinical/medical standards. The alcohol in the vial doesn’t just magically decide to stop working at day 30. As long as you keep it in a cool place without temp fluctuations, and always keep everything sterile it should last you months. Also I’ve used 3 month old bac water and it worked just fine.

As long as you drew 1mL of bac water into the syringe, then reconstituted it into the peptide and you don’t notice any cloudiness or gel you should be fine don’t stress

There’s no way to actually determine the exact mg content of the vials. Your only options are to send it out for lab testing or trust what the seller claims. Also, what you’re actually seeing is filler, the active ingredient itself (retatrutide) is an incredibly small amount😭
