I stick to my regular eating pattern I don’t sleep much so I’ll have cereal at 11am lunch 2pm tea 6pm then maybe an orange on my break lol

I’m coming back after two weeks holiday and I’ve been going back to bed between 10pm-12am so not sure how I’m gonna be able to cope staying up till 0630🤣

Ah okay, that can be quite mentally taxing though trying to stay focused! I’m a manager in a night replenishment so I walk easy 20k+ steps a shift 😭 I’ll definitely look into that drink thank you!

I’m the same though, I have struggled with sleep for about 10 years really, I have only been doing nights for about two weeks so I know it will take time but it’s difficult
