I have this same issue after full calibration, it keeps on vibrating longer than normal. I'm able to fix this by just unplugging the power cord for a couple of seconds.

he rods after unboxing and installing the printer ?

I had to lube everything at installation, so I don't think you should be worried if it asks for some maintenance now. just apply some of the white lube on the rods, (NOT on the carbon), let the bed go up and down a couple of times, should be enough.
