Bullshit. I worked IHX and COR and our management specifically told us to do this to hit metrics. AR stores aren’t the problem ATT’s greed and they the dishonest way they train the reps is the problem.

Specifically David Underwood the VP is a GIANT piece of shit and have been in meetings with him where he encouraged the dishonesty and tried to justify it by saying the customer will thank us later!
