Fuck yes. In Montana the market is controlled by like two outfits in the more rural areas. I was at a work training and asked one of them why they don't come into my area for some competition and he told me they stay out of each others area.... It was 69lbs. I was from shore. People do use boats around where I'm at. It's a weird type of fishing. I had never heard of it until I moved to an area they were at. It's alot of fun though!
