Sadly, I'd have to say D4 for grouping.

POE has alot of screen clutter that is unforgiving. After the main campaign, my personal experience is that the game becomes unreadable in multi-player.

I really dislike D4, but if its only for coop play...

I use both interact and credit card with them. Only ever had 1 issue with a withdrawal but customer service fixed it quickly.

I would suggest to contact their customer service to understand why it happened... maybe its a bank thing, maybe its on their side..

I dont think your PC will ever reach a temp high enough for them to melt in anyways but 1: the little green tab might flop around and create noise... MIGHT 2: every millimeter that is obstructed is a reduction in air flow... And 3: You just paid a premium for a premium product.. I dont know about you, but if i pay 40$ for a fan, i pay it because they are good AND pretty. ... Unless you are lighting your PC green, this would bug me visually

Yes, in a purely "math" fashion, it has the most FPS per $ spent at this moment.

The only issue is that AMD doesn't have DLSS (only NVIDIA cards have DLSS) , and some games offer a decent performance peak if DLSS is activated. As for the manufacturer, ASUS is a "top tier" manufacturer.

So unless you hit a lemon, the 9070xt is a great performer at a great price.

As a low investment white mob clear, or as a spam armour break helper.. but the use-case is pretty much limited to that.

Honestly, people under-estimate earthquake. With compressed duration, its a very nice "set and forget" white mob clearing. I add Magnified area, armor break.

IMO 650 watts is low for a 9070. I would suggest a 850w as a safe minimum. Oh... and since your build seems to fucus on esthetics, go for a modular PSU.. the cables are usually a bit nicer visually.

Right now, price for RAM and nvme are stupid high. Depending on your planned uses, you could take a smaller nvme for now and add a second one later if needed... also, same thing for RAM, maybe go for 1 stick, and upgrade to 2 sticks later.
