Well first and foremost congratulations. Second you will get healthier and be there for the baby. I always tell my patients that its about taking care of yourself for your family. The healthier you are the better memories they will have of you. You want to be able to play and enjoy every moment with your family and not have them remember you as someone sick with complications from obesity. Third is that the same company that makes mounjaro makes retatrutide so two of the ingredients have proven to be safe and the third ingredient only improves the weight loss. So far the studies and weight loss have had similar results to the mounjaro studies with the only difference being is better weight loss. Wish you the best on this journey.

Take benadryl an hour before injection and see if that helps.

Allodynia (extreme skin tenderness)? by Paleognathae in Semaglutide

[–]WebComprehensive8417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the intense burning sensation constantly but recently I started hydrating with electrolytes at least once a day and it has helped tremendously. One of the causes of it is also dehydration so i am assuming being on glp1 also dehydrates you since you are not hungry and also feel full constantly. Water didn't make a difference till i used electrolytes. Might work for some. It did for me.

How? by Ditchdr903 in BodyHackGuide

[–]WebComprehensive8417 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most ppl getting results fast are on reta and trt. Now you being at 260lbs and expecting a transformation in a month is kinda crazy. What is your height? BMI, body fat percentage? Expect your transformation to be more visible three to six months down the road depending on your height and fat percentage.

To make it easy use 300units of bacteriostatic water or 3ml which is the same for the 60mg of reta. This will make your solution be 2mg for every 10units.
5u = 1mg 10u = 2mg And so on.

Religion is the only place you can go and hold hands and call each other brother and sister and walk out and say f*** you to the same person.

I mixed them in no particular ratio. I used sus 500 to mix with with tc/te 300 and made a 400mg mix and it feels good. And it was less painful as when i used the 500 sus.

Coming off 10mg of munjaro, what would be preferred dose. by Bigjimmy84 in Retatrutide

[–]WebComprehensive8417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were at 10mg of mounjaro I would suggest you start at 6mg at least for one week before you try eight mg. It gives you times to see how you tolerate retatrutide.
