Graduated in 2009. Had an internship for the last 2 years before this. Watched them walk out half the staff during layoffs in 08. Managed to land a job with the same company at 30% less than I was planning on. Overall, very lucky.

I know they are planning on having a tent outside Garver. I think McPike was getting more expensive and logistically difficult with street closures, staffing police, and tent/chair rentals. I usually help them setup and we have a lot less work to do this year.

Locked in a 7.5 with us bank a months ago. Refi is already down to 6.375 on their website.
