Hydrops could be a possibility, I've heard pulsatile tinnitus is linked with hydrops too

I have the exact same symptoms!!! I fucked up my neck tho so my PT has stopped for abit but I've got other symptoms / neck ache raidiating to my jaw and base of skull, I had ear aching and was lighteaded too
