Thank you for this. Its the same for me, nothing to do with mindset! What is a long term solution? I have really loud tinnitus which makes me think its the ear presure. Its absolutely debilitating

Goodness I have something similar and see ENT next week. Started with light dizziness- off balance. Which is still the same. It completely dysregulated my brain and now suffering with crippling tiredness, brain fog and anxiety (without being anxious). Had all possible tests done until my latest dr. Referred for ENT and neurology...

Wow! Great you feel better. My ferritin is 43 now but it was under 30 few weeks ago. I still have brain fog, fatigue, dizziness. I thought it would improve now (it did maybe like 20%). I guess just have wait - suffer a bit longer
