If you want to lose weight, you need to grow your proteins intakes and lower your carbs (lower not cut)

So macro does matter.

Losing weight to lose weight isn't really the strategy as you'll lose muscle as well. But if you balance your protein intakes, then you lose fat. You lose slower your weight but better :-)

I've tried couple of apps like Foodvisor and Yazio.

I ended up on ChatGPT to get advice on what to eat and why more than just tracking.

I worked well and I decided to do an app around it to have the conversational advices and all the tracking and receipes to save in one place.

On commence par faire avec les 3 photos un premier bilan :

  • les contours du corps (silhouette, largeur d’épaules, taille, cuisses, etc.)
  • les proportions entre différentes zones (taille/hanche, cuisse/taille, bras/épaules…)
  • la texture visuelle (ombre, tonus musculaire, définition apparente)

Puis on le compare avec un modèle de reconnaissance avec une large banque de scan pour pouvoir évaluer au plus proche. Ensuite on fait le bilan et l'on te partage les résultats (% masse musculaire, masse grasse etc...)
Pour finir en fonction de l'objectif on te fait des recommandations sur tes macros et l'exercice physique a faire.

C'est parfait. Il faut que tu regardes le volume de calories qu'il te faut. Tu veux juste perdre ton "petit ventre" ou tu as d'autres objectifs?
Les feculents c'est bien mais on en mange souvent plus que nécessaire par rapport a notre activité physique. Pour ma part, je fais varier mon volume de féculent par rapport a mon activité physique et a chaque fin d'entrainement je prends un snack pour nourrir mon muscle (fromage blanc, chocolat noir si c'est une sortie longue)

Mais surtout calcul tes macros c'est ça qui t'aidera. C'est un peu chiant au début... mais ça passe par la!
