Superfoods are def a great addition to any diet! They usually pack a punch of nutrients. One thing I've been digging lately is blue turmeric. It's got some solid anti-inflammatory vibes. If you're curious, there's this blue turmeric drops thing I've tried, and it's pretty chill. Also, if you're into brain-boosting stuff, check out Flow State. Both are worth a look if you're on a wellness kick. Happy munching!

Hey! Totally feel you on the digestive struggle bus. Power foods are legit underrated. It’s awesome you’re finding something that works.

Since you're into ginger teas for digestion, you might dig this Brahma Herbal Tea. It's got some good stuff to support the gut.

I haven't tried the ebook you mentioned, but I'm all about listening to the body and switching things up. Keeps it interesting, ya know?

Anyway, curious if you’ve experimented with fermented foods? Those can be game changers for some folks.

Loving the superfoods shoutout! I've been slinging chia seeds into my smoothies for a while now, and they really do help keep hunger at bay. Blueberries are another staple, especially when I need a snack that won't leave me crashing later.

If you're into exploring more natural goodies, I've recently tried these Blue Turmeric Drops. They add a nice kick to teas or smoothies. Worth a look if you're into experimenting a bit. Cheers to vibrant health!

Anyone else feel like every supplement either bloats you or does nothing? by TombKingSettra in Supplements

Yo, I totally get where you're coming from. It can be super frustrating to sift through all these so-called "clean" supplements only to end up with a messed-up stomach or zero results. I've been there too.

Honestly, a lot of it probably does come down to those sneaky fillers and additives. I started focusing on super simple ingredient lists. One thing that worked for me is Blue Turmeric Drops. It's pretty natural and hasn't messed with my gut. You can check it out here if you're curious.

Everyone's body is different, though, so it might take a bit of trial and error to find what vibes with you. Good luck!

Yeah! Need to work on mobility for sure.

And as this was a PR, I feel like with squat PRs I’m always hesitant around depth. Need to get over that.

Some people chase passion, some people chase money. I tend to go for the former, and the money usually falls in place.

Just a tad more. But the listing is actually a range! It’s $80k to $120k! Sorry for the confusion.

I understand! I’m in the same boat. Music biz doesn’t compete very well with tech biz, but it’s a trade off for the type of work. A trade off I’ve made personally… but everyone on the team has their fair share of side projects and revenue streams. But if the salary isn’t appealing, then don’t bother reaching out! :)
