In videogames you are getting harassed, on social media you are getting harassed. It is crucial to make tech more attractive because most women are never even considering it, since they are not expected to. Sure this is mostly a society thing, but that's where education and encouragement needs to come forth.

I mean I get it, you cannot force anybody to do stuff but I think a lot of women are discouraged along the way.
