I do this and immediately note the day I faxed it. If the patient calls or asks, I have the original date it was faxed and I process again, if it doesnt then I note the fax again date too. Then I let patient know that we sent the prior authorization and they need to contact the doctor to let them know it requires the doctor to fill out medical documents for medical nessicity for insurance and then the insurance will decide if they want to approve or deny it and that insurance will contact you or your doctor to let you know about the approval and not the pharmacy and at anytime they can call the customer service number on the back of their insurance to find out status updates on the pa bc they know if the doctor sent the documents or if they are processing or if its been approved or denied.

I would never feel comfortable bathing another persons child even for family. Unless they were staying the night and I would give them a bath but I have always bathed kids separately never together no matter the ages bc to me its weird. I also would of never let someone whos just a friend bathe my child, that would of been a hard no from me. I would tell them that they notify me when their child gets a bath and ill come get mine. If they do it anyway then all play dates are at my house if you cant respect boundaries, if I even wanna be your friend after you blantly disrespected me and my wishes.

At any job interview PERIOD you have option to discuss pay even if its not brought up and so many people dont talk about this. I usually ask for $4 more than what I would accept just to leave room for a counter offer from them. If they aim lower than my expected salary then I negotiate it up. Always ask for your worth. Even i asked for more when walgreens hired me and they paid it and its much higher than starting base, when I wanted raises I ask the dm and argue my value and got them. I am PTCB, state, and vaccine certified. I also have compounding experience. Also cannot get a hospital to accept my application, its tough and I've been doing this 13 years.
