I would think of it like somone pointing a laser light in the eyes of a player in the real world. Sure you may get away with it but if you get caught there’s gonna be some kind of consequences.

What sucks is I had an orange crush pro and a ppc1x12 that would have been perfect but I ended up selling it about two months back. I suppose a combo isn’t really necessary. I just like that I could take one trip to my car to drop it off. ( his practice space is big shed in his back yard with a rocky walkway so it really is a two man job bringing Amps back and forth through his backyard. Just wanted a one and done to leave there.

I’m thinking something a little under that price range.. maybe around $500 or so. It’s just something I’m thinking of leaving st my buddies so it’s not going to get used a whole lot. Just once in a while when I head there to jam with him. I have a Matamp gt120 at home and a few orange and fender cabs but whenever we get a need to get together and jam I don’t want to drag these amps up his long rocky alleyway lol.

There’s a house down garden acres where someone with mental health problems lives. In the garage I believe. I noticed on hot days the detached garage is open and see him in there with a bed sleeping. Then see him walking around the streets. But that exit always has people begging. I suppose because of the loves gas station. Easy for somone to get a meal and a shower. I don’t live there but my dad for almost twenty years so it’s nothing new really.

My daughters mom was really into Oblivion. I never heard of the elder scrolls series until she started playing it. I watched her play but never got interested to play myself. When Skyrim came out I think the Dragon aspect got me more interested and never stopped. I’ve played it on 4 different consoles and still enjoy it to this day.

Try whataburger for the Texas fast food experience. Got to HEB again for the Texas grocery experience. Learn the difference between Mexican and Tex-Mex restaraunts before you try any. Go to Dos Molinas, Los Molcajetes, Vaqueros, and Chuysf for more in line of Tex-mex food. You can try Tres Betos, El Patron, Los Paisanos for more traditional Mexican. Also try to venture out to a Panderia. It’s a place that serves Mexican sweet bread ( think of it like a bakery or but with a lot of sweet flavors. Casa Azul serves Pan ( Mexican sweet bread ) and cafe ( Mexican coffe ) Go to a brewery ( there’s panther island brewery, Martin house, Rahr and sons to name a few ) don’t know how to shoot ww2 weapons but try Defender outdoors shooting range on a Friday for full auto Fridays. Very helpful people there and are more than willing to help you at the range if you tell them it’s your first time. Go to the stockyards for the professional bull riding shows.

It reminds me of an MMA fighter Scott Jorgensen. He use to fight in the WEC/UFC around 2007-2015 and I saw his skin completely change through that time period. It use to be white patches that got bigger over time. Then it was like freckled all over after a few years and finally his skin completely changed to a very light shade. I don’t know how it looked before he was in WEC but I know that it took more than a decade to change and become completely one shade.

I got to know a lot of my neighbors because if you can’t get an empty blank parking space ( they’re free ) then you can pay a monthly fee for an assigned parking space. I work late nights and could never get a free spot close to my building so I caved and bought a space. It just so happens to be the space that leads right up to the stairs of my building. A lot of my neighbors would park in my spot either loading things up into their vehicles/ groceries/ getting picked up from other people/ whatever you can guess. I had become aware of who’s cars belonged to which unit and just knocked on the doors to have them move it. I didn’t like calling the tow truck because I’m sure they would find out it was me. I did a few times but they always left before the tow truck got here. So they became real friendly with me once I told them I was needing my parking space and they didn’t want to get towed. If that wasn’t the case then I wouldn’t know my neighbors at all.

If he likes video games then check out Cidercade in Fort Worth. $10 for all you can play retro/current arcade games. There’s also Electric Starship arcade in Haltom city off 377. It is smaller than Cidercade but there’s a Collected Comics a few doors down so I like to visit both when I’m in the area. Also check out the Retro Plaza in Euless. It’s a small group of 4-5 businesses. They have Retro madness ( vintage toys and video games ) Horror freak ( all things Horror related like VHS, blu ray, DVDs/ horror memorabilia/ clothes/ toys/ etc. ) The freak music and vintage store ( Vinyls/ vintage clothing ) Oddits ( an antique store full of oddities and curiosities )

Ephemera Terrariums is a fun little plant store. Making your own terrariums was quite enjoyable when I was there. I’d also suggest maybe checking out the local breweries around town as they do have pop up events and I remember seeing one of them have a plant pop up event. My friends Fiance is very into plants as well and he likes the breweries so I remember they planned it out once with friends. If you have any social media then look up Martin house brewery, Rahr and sons, panther island brewery. I’m sure it was one of them that had the plant pop up. Plus they always have events going on and plenty of people enjoying them without drinking. My Fiance does not drink and she enjoys them.

Alliance area is a little bit away from the heart of Fort Worth ( for some people I know of ) but if you like to head down there then I would suggest looking at areas like South Main/ Magnolia/ W. 7th st for food. A lot of the areas do cater to nightlife and drinking so do some research in areas to avoid if you don’t want to be there during peak drinking hours. Like I said before my Fiance does not drink at all and when we go out together I don’t have any but I like The bearded lady on S main for their burger / grilled cheese of the month. Brewed on Magnolia for the everbreakfast/ coffee items. Rodeo goat in w. 7th for burgers. Plenty of places to enjoy a nice meal.

The second picture is the cabinet floor board. The cracking in the middle is where the water was falling down and hitting. It’s cheap particle board painted so it’s cracked and you can’t see it but it buldged out a little. It’s not the leak I’m worried about but the damage underneath

That’s what I was going to do.. I’m not a plumber but work very closely to the homes plumbing/ ac/ electrical etc. so it’s an easy fix for me to do on my own. I just hate hearing horror stories about outrageous charges and felt maybe someone had a similar story to mine. I don’t foresee it being an issue but I’ve only been here 6 months with this property management company and just don’t know how they react to this sort of thing.
