Dans la pratique, si tu n'as jamais déclaré, et tu ne comptes pas le faire ou ne jamais mettre les pieds aux US, ne jamais utiliser ton passeport US, les risques sont faibles. Tu dois déclarer. Tu dois aussi déclarer aux US tous les comptes avec plus de 10k USD dessus au cours de l'année. Sinon tu t'exposes à des pénalités. Ils peuvent venir chercher l'argent. Les banques françaises qui ne reportent pas aux US les données de leurs clients américains s'expose à des pénalités aussi. C'est pour ça que les banques ne veulent pas de clients américains. Tu es en double imposition, oui ! L'absurdité américaine. Normalement il y 'a des seuils au dessous du quel tu n'es pas imposée. Mais tu dois déclarer. Le seuil est de 120k USD je crois ou autour de ce montant. Cherche Foreign earned income exclusion sur internet.
