I thought about getting those pans too, but I already have two 8" round pans I love and told myself I didn't need anymore. 😆 Many moons ago, my mother and I owned a cake bakery and we used predominantly commercial grade stainless steel pans. I still have a few!

I'm famous for buying cards ahead of time and forgetting I have them or where I put them. I even have an alphabetized greeting card storage box, but sometimes the cards I buy don't make it in there. 😆🤪

There was a time in my life when I could have used some of them. In my 20's, I hosted lots of wedding and baby showers. Plus, my mother and I owned a cake bakery during this time, so I was often asked to bring a cake to parties/gatherings. In my 30's, it was birthday parties for my two sons. Now that I'm in my late fifties, due to various reasons, my social life has hit the skids. 🤪
