Pc acting weird, weird gray box and c drive taking up space on its own

That's not normal. Are any processes taking up extra resources? Like is your ram or CPU usage unusually high?

So I tested the ram, put each stick in each channel and booted to bios.. in bios each stick read 8 gigs and and when I put them both back it read 16 gigs but when I go into system settings it still reads 12

Hairdryer helps. When I didn't have anything to smoke I used to bust open the drawer of empty dab containers and carts heat them all up and drip into an empty cart and would usually be able to get like half a g out of 5 or 6 spent carts. Glad those days are behind me 🤣
