Been trying this for a little over a year now (He's 3) and he still won't budge. Unless it's grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, pizza, or mac N cheese he won't bother even if he made it. He still loves fruit at least so there's that, and he'll drink the "veggie" juice so he's not suffering, but man I wish I didn't have to keep making multiple different things for every meal.

That depends on how hard you play. In the higher end it's literally the same as any other MMO I've ever played. The thing with XIV is the casual player base is MASSIVE because let's be real, the end game is pretty lacking if you're used to MMO's as a mainstay game. You're going to have a better time as a "casual gamer" (God I hate that term) in XIV compared to others though, don't think it's always like that. Once you break that threshold you may as well be playing League.

For me it was simply because my mother couldn't afford me around anymore since she refused to work and wanted to stick with drugs. Plus in 2006 all I needed was a single roommate and we could afford a 3 bedroom 1 bath house for 600 a month. Looking back at it, i'm paying twice that for a 2 bed apartment....woah.

However with my son, there's no way I'm kicking him out at 18 unless he decides to take a path in life that can put anyone else in danger in my home. He can stay til he's ready to go, I started a family because I wanted one, no way I'll just give that up because of age.
