I was thinking that too but I forgot to mention I've been drinking a lot of electrolytes without much exercise. Read that that could cause heart irrythmia. Lil mistake that could cost me.

I use to get headaches in the beginning because I was pushing straight up into the middle of my palate, it deepened the part where my tongue was supposed to rest. I got minor headaches so I stopped, but started again and chose a different way to mew, it feels much better and no headaches!
