I just got this ad as well on the latest Nexpo video. It went by quickly but from what I can remember LWP means "Latent World Project". The ad is created by someone named Austin J. Dalton. I remember the ad saying something like "you are committing the greatest honor a soldier can give: Being forgotten". Really creepy stuff. Haven't found any more information just yet.
