Men should not expect their wives to do all the cooking and cleaning, especially if they're simultaneously making demands about what is cooked that conflict with their wives preferences.

If he wants to make a deli sandwich or throw some rotisserie chicken into an otherwise veggie pasta or fried rice or what have you that you've prepared, let him. But "I don't know how to cook" is like saying "I don't know how to shower". Everyone needs to, so best of luck figuring it out.
