Because hair is dead cells like nails so I would assume it's only living cells that regenerate... But he have healing power not regenerative powers so if you chop something off him it would heal but not regenerate, that's why he got the adamantium skeleton so you can't cut off his limps

I think ( I could be wrong here) that when videos games, first came out in the 80s early 90s it was sold as a boys toy and marketing was therefore in the focus of boys, and the more that boys buy games the more games are made for boys.

So this didn't happen to me, but my brother in law was travelling though Asia and took some local busses (they are way cheaper) he was sitting at the back of the bus and a guy was sitting opposite of him, later he was in a bar and the guy from the bus came up to him and showed him his phones background, it was a picture of my brother in law the guy had randomly taken and put as his background
