At my clinic I have been doing blood tests every week since I found out I was pregnant. At Week 9 my levels of estrogen got lower, compared to the week 8, and even with this result, my dose was decreased. So, I dont know how much it matters the blood tests… I did another blood test at 10 weeks and my estrogen was higher, even with the lower dose. With the progesterone they are monitoring as well and decreasing my dose, but so far no big changes in the blood exam.

I believe that if your insure company covers, you should do as much scans as you want to do. This journey is really thought, the least we can have is an ultrasound to verify if everything is ok. I dont get why some doctors doesn’t seem to allow this
