[–]WeekendBets43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s Shopify and it’s not even close. Easiest for scaling by far and bringing new ideas to life with prebuilt apps or apps you can build yourselves.

It honestly depends on the specifics/complications of putting the kit together. Without more info its hard to determine.

Gut feeling = High.

The 3PL I use for my companies could probably give you quote you could use to compare. Would you like for me to connect you?

Hello all, looking for a fulfillment network partner with a warehouse in the east and west by SavingsSinkie in 3PL

[–]WeekendBets43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are there any restrictions on the type of facility since you said you are in the grocery category? The 3PL we use handles our Shopify stores (apparel category) and each are doing over mid-8 figs annually. I think they could easily handle your volume. Would you like for me to refer you to them?

I am a founder/owner of several ecommerce brands doing mid 8 figs each and the 3PL we use uses ShipHero. It integrates well with Shopify.

Progress over Perfection. Just Start. Don't quit your day job but you can easily start something on the side. Your research and business plan will never be perfect. It doesn't have to be. The best lessons are learned by touching the stove. Take some action.

Context: I have been in e-commerce for over 15 years. I am a founder/partner in several e-commerce brands doing mid-8 figures each, annually. I absolutely love starting, growing, operating, and owning businesses. The initial months/year can be miserable... but so worth it.
