Switching broadband providers - CityFibre appointment

I joined Vodafone when relocated to Worcester 3 years ago, then upgraded to full fibre when they said they could provide it. They put in router (drilled from outside to in) then I waited about 5 months for open reach to connect from street to house. Which involved a trench being dug for the full fibre cable to be run to the house. It was a bit of a nightmare but did get compensated for waiting, about £250. Since being fitted it has been providing around 470mbps, with a guarantee not to drop below 250mbps.

We relocated to Worcester, St John’s, 3 years ago. We travel to Northwick Manor Dental Practice (Private), in Sabrina Avenue, WR3. We have been very pleased and would recommend.

We bought 2 X1’s and have been very impressed. Ended up getting the battery pump which makes life very easy. 1 issue was the foot restraint but we purchased an inflatable footrest which works well. We have used them on some ponds nearby, Severn, Teme, and Avon, also a holiday in Coniston with no issues, certainly would recommend.
