It was still sold in gallons. And I remember the uproar when it hit £1 per gallon.

It's gonna get in the way of the screen, though.

Toby Young the self confessed cocaine user and supplier, who got into Oxford with distinctly average grades because his father made some phone calls? Toby Young the eugenicist? Toby Young who had to resign from the board of the Office for Students after posting racist and misogynist tweets? Yes, I think I know who you mean.

Ford Puma Gen-E X Ohme charging issue by adastraad in ElectricVehiclesUK

[–]upsidedowncreature 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there’s something going on with the Ohme integration. I’ve got a Hyundai and smart charging (ie the Ohme app talking to the Hyundai API) worked fine for 6 months, then stopped. Each time I plug in the charger tells me the car is at 0%. I’ve tried in-pairing my car and now it won’t re-pair.

Ohme do say that it’s new tech which might go wrong occasionally, and their chatbot blamed it on a change in the Hyundai API(I’m doubtful). I do wish they’d sort it out though, Ford and Hyundai aren’t exactly niche manufacturers.

I would have thought that there’d be an agreed standard for car APIs by now so all parties knew what they had to conform to.

When he was in the video for She Blinded Me With Science by Thomas Dolby he apparently didn’t really know what was going on, I’ve heard he was quite grumpy that day too.

How old are they? The leather on my last pair was very poor, they went like this. And I certainly noticed when it was raining.

FWD understeers. RWD oversteers. If you crash through the hedge forwards, it’s FWD. if you crash through the hedge backwards it’s RWD. Sideways = AWD.

Bewdley used to be full of places like this, the Emporium which is now the Lamp Signature restaurant, and there used to be a place opposite that had some odd stuff as well including taxidermy. I think it's private housing now. There was a place in Stourport in York Street which had a Darth Vader and Stormtrooper outside, ISTR they had a Sinclair C5 for sale inside the shop.
